This is a correction to today’s newsflash in relation to lunchbreaks and bringing sun hats.
The gym facility will be used for organised sports competitions at break and lunchtimes rather than for supervised play. This not due to any health and safety concerns but because the pleasant weather outside means we can make better use of the indoor facility.
We will return to using the gym for break times when the weather becomes too hot for students to go outside and play.
Thank you for ensuring that your child brings the necessary sun protection to school. Those students who don’t wish to go outside can of course continue to use the Primary multipurpose area or attend a club.
