Dear parents and community members,
Our annual International Evening will take place on March 6th (from about 6 pm onwards) so please reserve this date in your diary. Each year the event goes from strength to strength and gets bigger and bigger. We hope that this year will have a record turn out so that we can celebrate the diversity of cultures in our school and community together.
You can connect and be a part of it by:
- Coming along and dressing up in your country colors/fashion and celebrating the cultural diversity in Sohar.
- Enjoying an International Cuisine catered by Crowne Plaza, Butterfly hotel and parents in the school community.
- Participating in musical and cultural performances, craft stalls, raffles, lucky draws, food, a kids corner and loads of fun.
- Watching performances, which include: ABIS band, a parent/ teacher band, So- Sing, Bollywood, cultural Omani dances, Pennies dance group , Sohar university blues group, Don’s band, Phillapino group and many more performances from the school community.
If you are interested in contributing by running a stall, performing, or selling arts and crafts, etc, then please contact the relevant country organiser.
