We are quickly approaching the end of the first term. K2 children have been busy developing new skills, making friends and learning how to be part of a team. The group of children above showed how important team work is within an early years’ setting. A puzzle which was too challenging for one alone was solved when a group of students worked together. One of these children then made the observation that the pictures on the puzzle were similar to toys we had on our shelf and matched the model to the picture. Cooperation, team work and making connections are skills we will continue to work on.
The term has been a busy one, we will be continuing to work hard after the holidays. Bon voyage to those who are flying off, happy holidays to you all whether you remain in Sohar or travelling. I look forward to seeing all return safely in 2013 for another exciting term in K2.
