I am very excited to be helping A.B.I.S. create a garden for students to work in and enjoy. This garden is special because it will be an edible garden, where students will see their plants grow into food they can eat and share with others. The goal is for those involved to practice the patience required in waiting for plants to grow, the hard work involved in nurturing these plants, and the satisfaction one feels in harvesting the fruits of their labour. I look forward to working with students in creating and working in this garden that will be enjoyed for years to come.
