The Grade 5s ended their first mini-week with an activity centered around how the 12 PYP attitudes could be practiced in class and around the school. After discussing and recording what these attitudes might look like in action, the students took pictures of them acting out the attitudes. Here’s a sample.
They began their first ‘real’ week with diagnostic work in handwriting and Math as well as receiving their iPads. Which do you think they found more exciting?!
8 September HOMEWORK- students have to read for 20 minutes, record their reading details in their reading log and write a reader’s response.
