This week, our Secondary students have continued their Health-Related Fitness (HRF) units, developing their understanding of the important links between health, nutrition and physical performance.
Students have been exploring how the choices we make around nutrition, hydration and healthy lifestyles can influence our ability to exercise, recover and perform effectively. Across the different grades, students have continued to apply their learning to their own fitness and sporting experiences, helping them understand the importance of making informed choices to support both health and performance.
It has been great to see students engaging with the theory behind their practical PE lessons and developing a deeper understanding of how what we do outside of PE can have a significant impact on our performance inside the lesson.
