Dear parents,

As we move into the final weeks of the academic year, this week has provided a wonderful reminder of what makes a school community so special: celebrating achievement, creativity, and the growth of our students.

Last night, our Secondary Music Concert showcased the impressive talents of students from Grades 7–10. Students demonstrated confidence, musical skill, and a genuine passion for performance, entertaining a very appreciative audience. Today, our younger students took to the stage for the KG1–Grade 2 Music Concert. Their enthusiasm, energy, and joy were a reminder how much the young students enjoyed singing and performing; and it was wonderful to see so many proud parents and family members supporting them. Congratulations to all of our performers and to Mr. Mino who worked so hard to prepare both outstanding events.

This evening, we celebrate the graduation of our IB Diploma Programme students. Reaching this point is a significant achievement. The IB Diploma Programme is one of the most challenging secondary school qualifications in the world, demanding academic excellence, strong time-management skills, and a commitment to service and personal growth. Over the past two years, our graduates have worked tirelessly through Internal Assessments, Extended Essays, CAS experiences, examinations, and countless deadlines. They should be immensely proud of all they have accomplished.

One of the great privileges of working in a school is watching young people develop into confident and capable adults. I have had the opportunity to see each of these students grow throughout their time at ABIS, not only academically but also as individuals. Their graduation is not simply a celebration of academic success; it is a celebration of the people they have become and the exciting futures that now lie ahead of them.

I would also like to acknowledge and thank the families of our graduates. Success in the IB Diploma Programme is very much a partnership between students, parents, and the school. The encouragement, support, and belief shown by families throughout this journey play a vital role in helping students reach this important milestone.

My thanks also go to our staff. Through their guidance, encouragement, and commitment to our students’ success, they have helped shape the young people we celebrate today. Their contribution to the growth, development, and achievement of our graduates is very much appreciated.

To our graduates, thank you for being part of the ABIS community. We are incredibly proud of your accomplishments and look forward to following your future journeys. Wherever life takes you, you will always remain part of the ABIS family, and we wish you every success and happiness in the years ahead.

I wish everyone a wonderful weekend.
