Grade 10 students have continued developing the performance section of their e-portfolios through active participation in a range of team and individual sports. They have been engaged in structured games of basketball, volleyball, football, and badminton, using these opportunities to demonstrate their understanding of tactics and skill execution. Throughout these activities, students have been refining their decision-making, communication, and teamwork in competitive settings. Emphasis has been placed on applying strategies effectively while maintaining sportsmanship and effort. These experiences are helping them gather meaningful evidence and reflections to support their portfolio submissions.

In Grade 9, students are progressing with their mini e-portfolios by working collaboratively in pairs. They have been conducting peer interviews focused on the components of health-related fitness, allowing them to explore their current fitness levels in greater detail. Conversations have centered around cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Students are using this information to identify personal strengths as well as areas they would like to develop further. This process encourages thoughtful goal-setting and promotes a deeper understanding of individual fitness needs.

Grade 8 students have also been building on their learning as they move forward with their Ultimate Frisbee unit. As they wrap up their Health-Related Fitness unit, they are applying key fitness concepts through gameplay and skill development activities. The fast-paced nature of Ultimate Frisbee continues to challenge their endurance, coordination, and collaboration skills. Through this unit, students are reinforcing their knowledge of HRF while staying actively engaged in a positive team environment.
