🎨 Visual Art Weekly Update
Welcome back! I hope you all enjoyed your weekend. Our young artists had a wonderful week filled with creativity and exploration across all grade levels:
- KG1 – Students made collage with colored paper and started to use different shapes to create garden .
- KG2 – They made a crown by using colored paper and recycled materials .
- Grade 1 – Students started to draw a family portrait by using all elements of art.
- Grade 2 – Students made a great effort on their exhibition.
- Grade 4 – Students explored the concept of value, practicing a variety of shading techniques and they started to create their own collage.
- ‘Grade 5 – summative assessment for an Omani still life.
- Grade 6 – Inspired by Jacob Lawrence, students began working on their own large projects, developing personal stories about migration through art.
It has been an inspiring week in the art room, and we are so proud of the progress each student is making.
