🎨 Visual Art Weekly Update

Welcome back! I hope you all enjoyed the long weekend. Our young artists had a wonderful week filled with creativity and exploration across all grade levels:

  • KG1 – Students practiced drawing rectangular & school bus, using both pencils and crayons to build early drawing skills.
  • KG2 – They explored Pablo Picasso painting and they started to create a portrait by using different fabric .
  • Grade 1 – Students focused on the element of Art (Space), using it to draw a landscape.
  • Grade 2 – Students connected with their culture by creating a story from their daily life.
  • Grade 4 – Students explored the concept of value, practicing a variety of shading techniques (making cube).
  • Grade 6 – Inspired by Jacob Lawrence, students began working on their own large projects, developing personal stories about migration through art.

It has been an inspiring week in the art room, and we are so proud of the progress each student is making.

Wishing you all a beautiful and creative long weekend! 🌟
