Geometry jokes

  • Physics SL: We’ve launched past Projectile Motion and are now investigating the powerful concepts of Forces and Momentum. It’s a whole new world of pushes and pulls up here!
    • Joke of the week: Why can you never trust an atom? Because they make up everything!
  • Physics HL: Students journeyed into the mind-bending realm of Special Relativity! We challenged the very definition of time and, after some serious thinking, had that “aha!” moment understanding time dilation.
    • Parent Ponder: Ask your child if they feel time moves slower when they’re doing chores! 😉
  • Math AA SL: We’re diving even deeper into the world of Quadratic Equations. Our students are getting better and better at finding those ‘x’s and ‘y’s without ‘discriminating’
  • Math AA HL: This class was missed due to the exciting OQ trip. We look forward to jumping back into our learning next week!

Grade 12 Updates

  • Math AA SL & Math AA HL: A huge YAY is in order! Both classes have officially completed their syllabus! It’s a fantastic achievement. Now, it’s onwards and upwards as we begin revision and focus on their Internal Assessments (IAs). The countdown to success has begun!
  • Physics HL: We are in full revision mode, strengthening our understanding of key topics and putting the final touches on the Physics IA. The students are working hard to showcase all they’ve learned.

It’s been a productive week filled with challenges, breakthroughs, and lots of learning. Have a fantastic weekend ahead!
