Dear Parents/Guardians,

We have been informed by the Apple Authorized Service Provider that iPad repairs are now unavailable until further notice.

If an iPad is damaged, ABIS will not be able to arrange repairs. Parents will be responsible for the cost of a replacement (estimated at OMR 150, invoiced by the school). The damaged iPad will be transferred to the student once the new one is purchased by ABIS. In cases of loss or theft, the same replacement process will apply.

To minimise disruption to learning, the IT department will provide a temporary iPad within 48 hours while the replacement is arranged.
