“Why do we need blood? ” is a question that was posed by one of the children in grade three as we began our unit on the human body. Throughout this unit we will be looking at the body as four main interconnected systems (repository, skeletal, muscular and digestive) that are dependent on each other. In math, we have focused on reviewing addition and subtraction skills. Our writing this unit will be expository (explanation) writing.
