Thank you to everyone who turned up for our first Primary Coffee Morning. It was a lovely chance for people to catch up and get to know each other better. If you missed this one, don’t worry, we will be hosting these regularly over the year. We will soon begin hosting weekly assemblies and monthly coffee mornings, and I will always let you know the week before in my Broadcaster which event is coming up.
We are so excited to begin our first round of After School Activities next week. There is a fun range of activities offered, some new and some old favourites. You received a newsflash this week with the link to sign up sheets. If you have any difficulty accessing these documents, please contact our IT Team: a.atul@abisoman.com. Please note that if your child’s name is on the waiting list, we will contact you as soon as a place becomes available. Remember that transportation / pick up must be provided for children to accommodate ASAs. We already have a couple of parents interested in contributing to our Round 2 activities (after October break). If you are keen to support an activity, please let us know. We’d love to have parents involved.
Primary students are visiting the library and selecting books of interest to enjoy at home. Please remind your child about the importance of taking care of books, keeping them away from food or water, handling them carefully to avoid damage, and of course returning them on time so that other students can enjoy them as well. Thank you for supporting these routines at home with your child.
