If you haven’t noticed yet, we are knee-deep in our next UOI about European explorers. The kids are having a great time while learning about the reasons, routes, obstacles, experiences, and benefits of these explorers. We are using the key concepts of “Cause and Effect” as well as “Change”. Please ask open-ended questions that might help your student with following their thoughts and ideas using these lenses. Our newest concept is the “Spice Wars”.
On another boat, students have been preparing for student-led conferences. They are currently deciding what stations they want to have as well as how the room will be set up. They are all hoping you make the time in your busy day so they can share their learning with you. I too am excited to see ya’ll again.
