Our new UOI is called Materials Matter.
We will be looking at :
Matter exists in three states
Temperature can affect the state of matter.
When we explore materials and matter we find out more about their unique properties.
We did our first experiment: boiling eggs.
The students reflected on what happened to the egg when we boil it.
To link it with Language, we looked at the nursery rhyme Humpty Dumpty. The students changed the rhyme by putting their own rhyming words in.
