Grade 7s having been learning to plot graphs by hand to help analyze data from a game called 2048. This is an ongoing project that will be finishing next week.
Grade 8s are approaching the same 2048 task, but they are using the spreadsheets on the iPad to engage the data. They, too will finish with this next week.
Grade 9s have been working with algebraic expressions, primarily with factorizing trinomials.
Grade 10s have completed a unit on functions.
Grade 11s are working with quadratic functions, reviewing factorization techniques and connecting functions to their graphs.
Grade 12s are finishing the first unit on differential calculus and are preparing for applications.
