By Marie: Today Mr Tomalin helped us to make a cola rocket. Even though it didn’t succeed, we tried it four times. The first time, we tried it with half chewed up mentos. The second time, we tried it with a whole packet of mentos. The third time we tried it with two chewed up mentos. The fourth time we tried it with a packet of mentos, but we shook it and Mr Tomalin got really sticky. I would shake it more if I did it!
By Janine: Have you ever wondered what happens if you put yummy mentos in delicious pepsi? Well, I found out. It was really exciting! Though you get wet, which isn’t my favourite part. Do you want to know how we did it? We had to bring mentos and then the pepsi, and then we went outside to do the experiment. We had to have an adult with us.
