We started our new Unit of inquiry. The central idea is: students play to learn, explore and to have fun.
For a playing to learn activity we are planning a movie day for K1, K2 and K3 on Wednesday. This involves a lot of Math skills. The students had to work out how many tickets we need to make, how much ” play money” we need to make, how many seat numbers we need, etc. we did the planning today.
