It is SO nice being in the classroom and finally being face to face with your students! I received a wonderfully warm welcome. We have had a good time getting to know each other face to face and setting up routines, expectations, and procedures. The kids have been super flexible and on top of it.
We have continued our learning while also having some fun together. We created a fortune teller using math concepts,
played a math game that focused on numbers descending. ascending and proportio
nality. We wrote a personal letter to our future self and inquired into reading unspoken language and how we can be aware of others’ feelings by being observant. We are just getting started. There is so much more to come.
