Grade 3 are enjoying learning about different inventors and inventions. We noticed that many inventors develop their ideas by tinkering with materials. So this week we took time to tinker. And these are the results.
We needed to be problem solvers.
Although we started working independently, sometimes it was helpful to get ideas or help from others.
We realised that inventors need to persevere and keep trying, when things don’t work out the way we hope.
A shift in our thinking was trying to invent or innovate something useful, without any magic buttons. ?
Some of us enjoyed dressing up for Star Wars day on May 4th.
