Reminder : Meet the team this afternoon (resource pickup schedule fixed)

The student resource pickup schedule did not appear correctly in the previous email. This has been fixed.

A reminder that this afternoon (Monday August 31) we have a series of meetings available for parents to meet the Head of School and Primary and Secondary Team Leaders.

Please click on the link that applies to you at the correct time as follows:

Primary School Meet the Team via Google Meet: 

New and Returning parents virtual meetings with Head of School and Primary Team Leader: Monday, August 31 – the schedule is as follows:  

1. Primary New Parents (English) – 2:00 -2.30 PM Monday
2. Primary Returning Parents (English) – 2:30 – 3.00 PM Monday
3. Primary Returning Parents (Arabic) – 3:00 – 3.30 PM Monday – to include Ms. Zuweina

Secondary School Meet the Team via Google Meet:

New and Returning parents virtual meetings with Head of School and Secondary Team Leader: Monday, August 31 – the schedule is as follows:  

1. Secondary Returning Parents (Arabic) – 3:30 – 4.00 PM Monday- to include Ms. Zuweina
2. Secondary New Parents (English) – 4:00 – 4.30 PM Monday
3. Secondary Returning Parents (English) – 4:30 – 5.00 PM Monday

Further reminders:

1. ABIS has received permission from the Ministry of Education to begin the school year. Secondary began today August 31. Primary to begin Tuesday September 1.
2. The Ministry of Education has not given permission for KG 1,2,3 to begin Distance Learning. These classes will be closed until MOE gives approval.
3. Student materials to be picked up from school according to the following schedule:
