Dear Parents and Students,
A very warm welcome back to school and to Grade 3. I am Simone Affleck, the students call me Ms Simone and I am excited to be teaching Grade 3 this year.
Teachers have had a busy week, meeting new staff and preparing for offering an even better distance learning experience for our students. I am looking forward to meeting our class very soon and welcoming you all to Grade 3.
I hope that you have been able to do some special things over the long summer holiday and that you will be able to share some of the highlights with your class soon. I am looking forward to hearing what you have learned over the holidays too.
Over the summer I enjoyed seeing some of the beautiful and interesting places in Oman and enjoyed doing a jigsaw puzzle of a place I would love to visit one day.
After 4 and a half years in Oman, I still love seeing camels.
