For our Unit of Inquiry we are finding out about how to be healthy. This week we went to the Science lab. Wow! Thank you Mr Perry for showing us how to check for starch, protein and sugar in mixtures. We observed the results in a cookie mixture, starch mixture and egg mixture. It was fun to be in the Science lab. We had to wear safety goggles. We also weighed jars of different items on a scale balance to find out what was heavier or lighter. Then we recorded the results.
