This week, students were busy exploring multiplication methods, creating timelines of inventions, and presenting about influential inventors from their home countries.
The students were particularly excited about our genre of the week; biographies! We read the biographies of famous scientists and inventors, carefully looking at their features.
The grade threes then chose someone of interest, and created 3 paragraph biographies detailing their lives and how they changed the world! The children were proud of their final pieces, which over the week had been drafted, edited and published with a front cover. Great work Grade threes! Wonder what the genre will be next week……
