This week we looked at the likes of Celine Dion, Shakira, Enrique Iglesius, Ricky Martin and other bilingual music artists and how their performances and career have been influenced by learning and singing in the additional language of English. This will lead us seamlessly into the next topic of English as a global language and the role of a lingua franca.
