We continued with our recount writing this week. One of the tasks – an enjoyable one at that judging by the expressions on the children’s faces – was to choose some images from magazines and connect them to form a story written in the past tense. The grammar focus was on tenses, especially writing in the past tense. In math, the class rose to the challenge of understanding the concept of identifying different ways of finding the least common multiples of two numbers. Next week we will begin working on probability.
