Our unit of inquiry on poetry gathered steam this week with the children writing their own poems on a chosen topic. They also wrote acrostic poems which they enjoyed sharing. In math we worked on prime and composite numbers and moved on to using protractors to measure angles.We will continue with angles next week. Our writing genre is persuasive writing.
