M & Ms are proving to be a popular tool to learn different math concepts in our class. This week we used them to calculate ratios. The ratios were then converted to decimals, fractions and percentages. Next week in math we will, as we did earlier in the semester, review the times tables to twelve and also work on coordinates as well as odd and even numbers. Our current unit of inquiry will end next week. The new unit will be based on poetry.
