Thank you to everyone who came to the Student Led Conferences and supported their children. We hope that you found the sessions informative, helpful, and got a better understanding about your children’s learning. I met some proud parents after the event. Thank you also to the Grade 10 and 12 parents who came to the exam preparation meetings; even though those were less enjoyable, we hope they were at least helpful.
Grade 12s are now reaching the end of their courses and have are going over essential exam material in class. Attached is a photo of Grade 12 out doing ‘revision graffiti’ with chalk outside the SLS. They are revising for English B IB Diploma.
Well done to Grade 7s for their amazing maths bake sale. Mouth watering snacks that quickly sold out and raised money for charity. I am 100% happy to support that cause by eating delicious cake!
Please note, Thursday 21st 8pm will be our Community Dance for Secondary students taking place in the gym. Students are asked to bring a plate of food to share if possible.
