There were a lot of trips this week with it being Oman week and have really enjoyed seeing many of the things on offer and seeing students take on new experiences. As a result there has been quite a lot of cover of different lessons. I was fortunate enough this week to be able to spend some time teaching the Grade 7’s. Mr Andy has said they were working on shooting skills so we completed a good warm up involving a pulse raiser and some dynamic stretches before completing some shooting drills.
