Dear Parents,
Welcome back! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday.
We are excited to start the new term and would like to share a brief update on what students have been working on in Art this week:
- KG1: Continued exploring colors and emotions through creative activities.
- KG2: Started a new unit on Discovering Nature, drawing different elements found in nature.
- Grade 1: Began a construction unit, building installations using different puzzles and materials.
- Grade 2: Started learning about clay, exploring its properties and how to shape it.
- Grade 3: Began learning about the Egyptian civilization through art-based activities.
- Grade 4: Discovered color theory by creating their own color wheels.
- Grade 6: Currently working on their PYP Exhibition projects.
We hope everyone has a productive and enjoyable week ahead, and we wish you a lovely long weekend.

- Parent-Teacher Conferences: Tuesday & Wednesday, 3:30 – 6:30 pm
- Parent Coffee Morning: Tuesday, 8:00 – 9:30 am
- ASAs Start: Monday (not Wednesday due to PTC)
- KG1–Grade 1 Assembly: Thursday 22nd
- Oman Week: 1–5 February (further details to follow)
- International Food Evening: Thursday, 5th February
