🎨 Visual Art Weekly Update
Our young artists had a wonderful week filled with creativity and exploration across all grade levels:
- KG1 – Students started to practice heart and diamond, they made a strawberry by using both shapes.
- KG2 – They started to discover different textures in art from nature by rubbing them in paper and crayons.
- Grade 1 – Students designed a printing project with different materials and they started to create more than one layer.
- Grade 2 – Students finished to design a 3D bedroom by identifying their needs and wants.
- Grade 4 –students started to know the meaning of the word cubism and self portrait to create their own self portrait like Picasso.
- ‘Grade 5 – started to create a study for sky by using different brush strokes and they started to know the Impressionism style and Van Gogh with his fantastic painting starry night.
It has been an inspiring week in the art room, and we are so proud of the progress each student is making.
