Dear Primary Families,

This week we concluded our Open Classroom Sessions, and I’m pleased to share that they continued to be a great success. It was wonderful to see so many parents in our classrooms again—actively engaging with their children’s learning and sharing in the excitement of the school day.

Thank you for taking the time to attend and support this new initiative. To help us reflect and improve, we’ll be sending out a short parent survey. Your feedback will help us identify what worked well and explore ways to enhance the experience next year—potentially including an earlier place in the school calendar.

Summer Book Fair – Important Guidelines
We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our Summer Book Fair, which will run from May 26th to May 29th in LC3 (by the music room). Please take note of the following guidelines:

  • The fair is open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

  • Book prices vary: paperback books may start from 1 OMR, while hardcovers may cost 4 OMR or more.

  • The fair is open to parents and the wider school community. Visitors may enter by informing the security guard and collecting a visitor badge—so feel free to invite friends and family!

We hope this will be a fun and valuable opportunity to build up your family’s summer reading collection.

To close the week, we enjoyed the Grade 3–6 assembly this afternoon. It was wonderful to see our students being risk-takers, confidently sharing their learning in front of an audience. The positive energy and celebration of learning made for a very positive end to the week.

Wishing you a restful and enjoyable weekend.

Best regards,

Matthew

Primary Team Lead
