Art Class Weekly Update 🎨
Hello, everyone!
This week was exciting with our lovely students, and our young artists have been busy creating incredible work:
🖍 KG 1 they worked on making stand sculpture by using colored papers, glue and scissors .
🎨 KG 2 they learned about shapes ( elements of art ) and they started to draw by using them to create a scene from a story ( Goldilocks and the 3 bears) and they started to understand different sizes (big/ medium/ small) and colored it with watercolor.
🎭 Grade 1 starts to create their own scene with characters after listening to a new story .
🧵 Grade 2 starts to use printmaking techniques for bicycle as a simple machines then they started to use pop art techniques to add a bubble comic word, they printed on a black paper.
👜 Grade 3 started to make the pencil holder or a cup as a base for their Aline idea and they started to add features for their alien.
🎨 Grade 4 started to create the sustainable city, they choose different buildings by using different recycled materials ( tissue paper, glue, scrap paper, caps, plastic bottles, fabric).
🖌 Grade 5 they still working on their toys and some of them started to create the background .
📐 Grade 6 started a new unit about mental health, they started to sketch their feelings and emotions by creating symbols.
