Dear parents,

As we move into the final stretch of the academic year, I’d like to share a few updates from across the school.

Our Team Leader of Secondary, Mr. Cooper has been home these last two weeks while recovering from knee surgery. We’re pleased to hear that his recovery is going well, and he looks forward to returning to campus on Monday. We thank the community for the kind wishes sent his way.

In Secondary, our Grade 12 and Grade 10 students are now fully engaged in their examinations. We are proud of the maturity and dedication they have shown throughout this important period. Grade 11 students will begin their exams on May 18. We are also pleased to invite Secondary parents to join us for Open Classrooms on the morning of June 3, alongside our Parent Coffee Morning. Details to follow.

In Primary, Open Classroom Sessions begin next week, and parents are warmly invited to attend. Please check your email for the appropriate time for your child’s class.

A gentle reminder about our uniform policy: all students in Grades 1–12 are required to wear ABIS-branded tops. ECC students may wear ABIS-branded or age-appropriate attire.

Finally, we have reminded students that they are not allowed to use mobile phones during the school day between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. This policy is in place to support a safe and respectful learning environment. Please support this by also reminding your child.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Dominic Robeau
