Our grade 12 students are busy working their way through the official DP exams, and grade 11 is also reviewing and revising in preparation for their end of year exams. In English, we have begun reviewing key content and strategies. For paper 1, we will be discussing the organization for the paper, as well as the types of details to analyze and how to construct an argument.

For the paper 2, we have begun developing graphic organizers. These are charts to help remember key details, authorial choices, quotations, and how they can be compared across multiple texts. In class, we have been examining specific details that would be useful in responding to different types of questions. We will continue to review both of these types of papers next week as well.
