Art Class Weekly Update 🎨
Hello, everyone!
This week was exciting with our lovely students, and our young artists have been busy creating incredible work:
🖍 KG 1 continued working on their construction unit by making doors and windows by using foam and glitter to make a lovely castle .
🌊 KG2 started a painting unit and they made a free painting by only used primary colors and started to know the difference between brushes sizes, fingers and sponges to know more about different textures.
🎭 Grade 1 starts to listen to the story the magic pot and the create their own magical pot by using clay and they started to understand the materials and how they can deal with it? .
🧵 Grade 2 starts to make sketch for complex and simple machines by choosing different part of the bicycle and practice their observation skills to add more details and then they started to use pop art techniques to repeat this sketch 4 times.
👜 Grade 3 started to finish their own bags and creating their own decorations ideas by using burlap, cloth, beads and yarn and they started a clay unit, they make a sketch for a pencil holder for an imaginary alien.
🎨 Grade 4 started to print their Islamic design by using relief printing techniques with water color and foam sheet.
🖌 Grade 5 started making the toy by using different fabric, beads and fiber to crake it 3D toy.
📐 Grade 6 continued working on their drawing, focusing on one-point perspective and starting to color it by adding shades with pencils color.
