It was a fantastic week filled with creativity and wonderful ideas in our art class! Here’s a glimpse of what each grade explored:
1. **KG1 **: Began learning primary colors, and created beautiful butterfly prints using paint.
**KG2**: Began to know new types of lines and make tracing with pencils.
2. **Grade 1**: Discovered primary and secondary colors and began applying this knowledge by coloring an ice cream according to specific coloring rules, began to know shapes and they start to draw house by using shapes.
3. **Grade 2**: Started exploring the first element of art—lines. They learned about different types of lines and used them to draw new project.
4. **Grade 3**: Ventured into the world of printmaking, discovering new techniques and creative ways to make prints.
5. **Grade 4**: Focused on drawing circles using various hatching techniques to understand shading and texture.
6. **Grade 5**: Got introduced to Oman as big country and discover the culture and traditions, started to draw an Omani product (Dallah) by using graphite pencils.
7. **Grade 6**: Started making research about Jacobe Lawerence.
It was wonderful to see so much enthusiasm and creativity in each class! I hope you all enjoyed the week as much as I did. Looking forward to seeing everyone next week for more exciting art adventures!
