Dear ABIS Families,
The Adventure Challenges unit in primary level physical education introduces students to a variety of and adventure-based activities, encouraging them to step out of their comfort zones and embrace new challenges. This unit typically consists of a series of carefully curated activities that promote physical fitness, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and resilience.
Teamwork is a central focus of the Adventure Challenges unit. Students participate in collaborative activities that require them to work together to overcome obstacles and achieve common goals. These activities may include rope courses, trust falls, group problem-solving challenges, and team-building games.
