Dear parents,
We are informed by CAA of the possibility of more rain this afternoon. The current forecast indicates it will commence around 12 pm and persist until 10 pm. We do not have information on the expected intensity of the rain.
Please be informed that ABIS school hours will follow the normal schedule, finishing at 3.00 pm. Parents have the option to collect their child earlier from school; please go to LC3 or ECC for pick-up.
In the event of rain at 3.00 pm, all students will be retained in LC3, and we ask parents to collect their child from there.
Bus services will continue to operate at the normal times.
After School Activities (ASA) will run as normal.
However, if parents wish, they may collect their child(ren) earlier.

أولياء الأمور الأعزاء،
أبلغتنا هيئة الطيران المدني باحتمال هطول المزيد من الأمطار بعد ظهر اليوم. تشير التوقعات الحالية إلى أنها ستبدأ حوالي الساعة 12 ظهرًا وتستمر حتى الساعة 10 مساءً. ولا تتوفر لدينا معلومات عن شدة الأمطار المتوقعة.
لذا نحيطكم علما أن ساعات الدوام المدرسي في مدرسة ABIS ستظل كالمعتاد ، وتنتهي في الساعة 3:00 مساءً. لدى أولياء الأمور خيار أخذ أطفالهم من المدرسة مبكرًا؛ والتوجه إلى LC3 أو ECC لإستلامهم .
في حالة هطول الأمطار الساعة 3.00 مساءً، سيتم الاحتفاظ بجميع الطلاب في LC3، وعلى أولياء الأمور إستلام أطفالهم من هناك.
وستستمر خدمات الحافلات في العمل في الأوقات العادية.
ستستمر الأنشطة بعد المدرسة كالمعتاد ، ومع ذلك فلأولياء الأمور الخيار لحضور أبنائهم للأنشطة من عدمها
