Over the past few weeks, we have been tracking the expansionist activities of the Nazi Party in the 1930s. This is part of our paper 1 studies on The Move to Global War. Below is a diagram we have collaborated on which shows information about each event, what the Nazis learn, and how the international community responded to each act of aggression. The visual metaphor of a staircase was used to show the Nazis climb in power towards the invasion of Poland that occurs in 1939 and sets off WWII in Europe.
