We have a lot of questions about how the world works. We are going to start with the earth and inquire about all the rocks we have hunted for .
On Monday we had a visit from a geologist who lives in South Africa. It was great to be able to ask an expert some of our questions – and to see some of his rock collection!
We know inquirers are curious and want to find out – so we have been using ‘wondering words’ to ask our questions.
We have been getting creative with our writing too and imagining all sorts of wonderful words to describe our rock hunting discoveries.
