Learning Materials and Meet the Team

Dear Parents and students,

We have been busy this week working with teachers and staff getting the school ready, the Distance Learning website has been launched, and students learning materials have arrived and been allocated to each class.The pickup time for your child’s learning materials are outlined below, please choose one of the 2 slots available for your child’s grade level:

I sent a newsflash yesterday announcing the Distance Learning website in readiness should we be allowed to open with online classes. To access the website go to: https://abisoman.com/distance-learning/  and the password is parents

Next week on Monday August 31 (see below) I will be hosting, with the senior leadership team, a series of virtual meetings for parents. Please follow the instructions outlined should you wish to join.

Primary School Meet the Team via Google Meet: 

New and Returning parents virtual meetings with Head of School and Team Leader: Monday, August 31 – the schedule is as follows:  

  1. Primary New Parents – 2:00 Monday
  2. Primary Returning Parents (English) – 2:30 Monday
  3. Primary Returning Parents (Arabic) – 3:00 Monday – to include Ms. Zuweina

To enter a meeting, please access the Distance Learning web page and click into your child’s grade. The meeting links can be found there; click on the meeting link at the appointed time. All meetings will be conducted via Google Meet (an online video calling system).

Secondary School Meet the Team via Google Meet:

New and Returning parents virtual meetings with Head of School and Team Leader: Monday, August 31 – the schedule is as follows:  

  1. Secondary Returning Parents (Arabic) – 3:30 Monday- to include Ms. Zuweina
  2. Secondary New Parents – 4:00 Monday
  3. Secondary Returning Parent (English) – 4:30 Monday
