STEAM this week involved grade 4 and grade 5 planning three paper gliders. Students created a test glider, a creative glider, and a glider that would travel the farthest using straws, tape, and an index card. Students worked in cooperative groups to organize their ideas to accomplish the task. Students in both grades showed great group decision making and thinking skills.
