It has been another action packed week in 3L! We have been learning about the human digestive system and finding out how this system works. We used a variety of resources to research the topic. Students worked together to create short skits to share with their classmates that detailed what happens to food from the moment it goes into our mouths until it gets to the intestines, and beyond. We have also continued to focus on understanding our multiplication facts and finding out ways to solve two digit by one digit multiplication. Our writing had a focus on making sure we are writing complete sentences; with Capital letters to start, full stops and making sure the sentence is one complete thought. It is taking practice but we are showing much improvement in our writing! Reading has been very interesting as we have really gone deep into understanding what it means to make an inference. Ask your child to explain what this all means!
