It’s not often children get to eat their math which is exactly what we did when learning about fractions this week. The task was to work out a fraction of the M&Ms in a small packet. We will continue to work on fractions next week as well. We began working on our new text type which is explanation writing. The class has been enjoying the current unit on force and motion which has involved a number of hands on experiments.
