In case you ever wondered what teachers do on Thursday afternoons, here is a window into today’s exciting events. All teachers involved in teaching primary children spent the afternoon in a deep review and analysis of our PYP programme of inquiry. We evolve, improve and refine the units of inquiry annually to ensure a balance of conceptual understanding that is engaging and challenging to our students and addresses all the learning expectations from all the different subject areas.
We will revisit and refine this new draft once all new and returning staff are in place at ABIS and we will create a wall display of the whole programme for parents to view.
