We are completing the final preparations for our Oman week trips, as well as the mock exams that the remaining grade 10 and 12’s will experience. Not quite as much fun for them! We will finalize the price and share permission letters on Monday to those affected. There is already a lot of buzz and excitement around the trips, which we will try to make better than ever. As Oman week participation is so important to us, we will reference it in the end of year report.

Grade 12 are currently preparing for the future by doing practice interviews with teachers who are pretending to be university professors. In addition they are focusing on note taking in preparation for university life (see featured image). On that note we hope that all parents and students between grade 9 and 12 can come to the University Information Evening on Monday at 6pm. All parents are welcome from any grade level in the school.

I am looking forward to seeing the Questers play this evening, which by all reports is excellent. A huge well done and thank you to our performers and supporting teachers, especially to Miss Camp, who wrote the play. Also thank you very much to the parents of the children for supporting students and bringing them on the weekends and collecting them late after school. I hope that you can now proudly say that it was worth it!
