For our session on International Mindedness today, our 6 mums posted some characteristics of a ‘perfect international citizen’ to our poster and then compared some relevant quotes to add some more ideas.
For example: “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has”. (Margaret Mead).
This connected to previous ideas about being proactive, principled and determined.
Next we ranked some famous people by how internationally minded we thought they were, justifying our stances and adding to the poster.
